Refund Policy

At EASmartech, we are committed to providing high-quality anti-theft security systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unused, and shipped back in its original packaging.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in include all original components and packaging.
  • Installation or custom solutions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at (909)592-8881 or sales@easmartech.com with your order details.
  2. Once approved, return the product to the provided address.
  3. Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours after receiving the returned product. And refund process would be complete within 72 hours.

Exclusions:

  • No refunds for products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Customized or specially ordered systems are non-refundable.

Purchases made for exporting outside of the Contiguous United States using a 3rd party freight forwarder cannot be returned or exchanged. **The Contiguous United States does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States.
