Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned and returns are needed. This is why we offer 30 day money back guarantee (minus our shipping cost). Limitations: Items such as Soft Labels which are one time use are non refundable.

Buyers are responsible for return label. Buyers may request prepaid return labels from us and will have the deduction of the return label costs in refund.

Brand new sealed items returned will not incur any restocking fee.

Opened or used items may incur a restocking fee of 15% or more depending on condition of the item returned. -- Items returned damaged will receive a refund of 50% of paid price.

Purchases made for exporting outside of the Contiguous United States using a 3rd party freight forwarder cannot be returned or exchanged. **The Contiguous United States does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories under the control of the United States.
